A professional Technical Manager with a wide range of experience gained over more than 30 years in the print and textile industries, with a reputation for delivering results from complex and high hazard projects within the demands of a production environment.
Within our organisation Dave has applied previous experience to the Management of Health & Safety within a number of projects through the following:
- Production of Construction Phase Plans, Method Statements and Risk Assessments for clients in the construction industry working under CDM regulations.
- Managed the compilation and delivery of Health and Safety Files in support of the CDM-Coordinator function.
- Developed PC based risk assessment database software designed to enable production of comprehensive risk assessments and pre-work safety briefings in accordance with HSE guidelines through a structured approach.
- Developed bespoke database solutions that support the facilitation of hazard studies eg Constructability Reviews and Hazards of Construction reviews.
- Supported the development of Quality systems during a major re-structuring of a client’s integrated management system.
