We currently provide CDM co-ordinator duty holders for project activities.
The typical range of activities include:
- Advising the client on the competence and resources of the Design team and tendering contractors
- Reviewing designs with the design groups to ensure they have paid adequate attention to health and safety
- Developing the pre-construction information packs
- Providing assistance in the evaluation of hazards of construction for projects
- Developing the health and safety file structure for use through the design and into construction stages of the project
- Activities leading up to and involvement in the hand over of the health and safety file to the client
